SugarGlitch — Sex Trafficking Policy
Last Modified: April 20, 2026
This Sex Trafficking Policy is published by SugarGlitch Ltd, a Cyprus private limited company ("SugarGlitch," "we," "our," or "us"), and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
SugarGlitch maintains a zero-tolerance position on the use of the Services for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any related conduct. This Policy makes that position explicit, summarizes the prohibitions and procedures that apply, and provides reporting channels for users and the public.
This Policy works alongside our Prohibited Content Policy (which sets out the underlying prohibitions in detail), our Underage Policy, our Content Moderation Policy, our Content Removal Policy, and our AML / Anti-Fraud Policy. Where this Policy and another policy address the same topic, both apply, with the more restrictive provision controlling.
1. Zero Tolerance
The Services may not be used for any content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, glorifies, or constitutes human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual servitude, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Recruitment, grooming, or coercion of any person — including minors — for sexual purposes
- Solicitation, advertisement, or arrangement of paid sexual encounters, escort services, "sugar arrangements," or commercial sex acts through the Services
- Content that depicts trafficking, sexual servitude, or forced sexual conduct in a manner that romanticizes, normalizes, or instructs others how to engage in such conduct
- Use of the Services to identify, contact, locate, or coordinate harm to potential victims
- Use of the Services to coordinate, finance, or otherwise facilitate trafficking activity off-platform
- Any other conduct prohibited under U.S. federal trafficking law (including 18 U.S.C. §§ 1591 and 2421A and FOSTA-SESTA), the EU Anti-Trafficking Directive (2011/36/EU), the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions
Any account found to be engaged in or attempting to engage in such conduct will be terminated, with content removed and matters reported to law enforcement and applicable authorities.
2. AI-Generated Content
All visual content on the Services is generated through artificial intelligence. No real persons participate as performers in the creation of any content. This does not, however, permit the use of AI generation features to simulate, glorify, or normalize trafficking or sexual exploitation. Prompts, Characters, and Generations that fall within Section 1 are prohibited regardless of whether they involve real persons or AI-generated personas.
Sexual or sexualized content involving minors is prohibited absolutely under our Prohibited Content Policy, regardless of artistic style, fictional framing, stated age, or any other qualifier.
3. Detection and Prevention
We use a combination of automated systems, human review, user reports, and proactive audits to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Our detection and review processes are described in our Content Moderation Policy and Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy. We treat trafficking-related signals as a high-priority category for moderation.
We may apply enhanced monitoring or review to accounts, prompts, or patterns of activity that exhibit indicators consistent with trafficking-related abuse.
4. Reporting
If you encounter content or activity on the Services that you believe involves trafficking, sexual exploitation, or related conduct — or if you are yourself a victim or someone you know may be a victim — please report it immediately. You can report to us at:
Email: [email protected] Subject line: "Trafficking Report"
Please include any information that helps us identify the activity, such as account names, URLs, descriptions, and screenshots if available. Reports are treated confidentially and prioritized.
You can also report directly to the following authorities, which may be more appropriate depending on the situation:
- U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline — call 1-888-373-7888, text "HELP" to 233733, or visit https://humantraffickinghotline.org
- U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline (for trafficking involving minors) — https://report.cybertip.org
- U.S. FBI — https://tips.fbi.gov or call 1-800-CALL-FBI
- EU Anti-Trafficking Coordinator and national authorities — https://anti-trafficking.ec.europa.eu
- UK Modern Slavery Helpline — call 08000 121 700 or visit https://www.modernslaveryhelpline.org
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
5. Enforcement
When we detect or receive a credible report of conduct prohibited under this Policy, we act immediately. Depending on the circumstances, our response may include:
- Immediate removal or restriction of the relevant Content
- Immediate suspension or termination of the associated account, with or without prior notice
- Forfeiture of unused Credits or subscription benefits
- Preservation of evidence in accordance with applicable law
- Reporting to law enforcement and applicable anti-trafficking authorities
- Cooperation with subpoenas, warrants, and other lawful requests
We may take any of the above steps before notifying the affected user, particularly where notification could compromise an investigation or facilitate ongoing harm.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law-enforcement agencies and competent authorities investigating trafficking, sexual exploitation, or related crimes, including by responding to lawful subpoenas, warrants, preservation requests, and other legal process consistent with applicable law.
In the case of suspected exploitation of minors, we report to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline (where applicable) and to INHOPE-affiliated hotlines and other competent authorities in the EU and elsewhere.
7. User Accountability
You are responsible for your use of the Services. Attempting to use SugarGlitch — or to circumvent our safety controls — to engage in or facilitate trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any related conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, civil liability, and criminal referral. The fact that the underlying content is AI-generated does not insulate users from accountability for prohibited conduct.
8. Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time as the law evolves and as we refine our practices. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this Policy.
